Disappointing customer service
"I bought a pair of these from an authorised retailer in April. Within less than 6 months, a hole started to appear in the fabric over the heel. After many attempts to contact CS through the ticketing system, I finally called their office directly in the UK (not easy given the time difference to Australia). They assured me they would work on sending me a new pair, and that was the last I heard from them. I've emailed again twice with no response. Really disappointed, considering I've owned and user Superfeet for about 15 years and have insoles that have lasted that long. They don't honour their warranty nor make the effort to right a defective product."
