What is the difference between colors I have flat feet arch supports hurt I am on my feet all day and am ina lot of pain.I where vans shoes because they are flat but they don't give me the support I need: Knowing your feet have a lower arch is a good place to start, but finding a great fit will come down to several factors rather than arch type alone. Personal preference also goes a long way as some people like a low support insole while others like a high support insole, regardless of their arch height. Because of this, there is no "right" answer for which insole works best for a low arch. It all comes down to your own personal comfort. I have plantar fasciitis and my podiatrist recommended the Berry , Black or Copper inserts. I chose the Berry and they seem to be helping but I am noticing new soreness at area of my 5th metatarsal.
